CHICAGO-Bentonville, Arkansas-based Wal-Mart Stores Inc. will be the anchor tenant at the retail component of a mixed-use project in the South Side. The retailer will open its Neighborhood Market store, which will comprise 41,000 square feet of space, in the Shops & Lofts on 47.
