NAPERVILLE, IL-A Pennsylvania-based real estate firm that owns East West Corporate Center, a 220,000-square-foot office building in Naperville, and Bannockburn Lake Office Plaza, a 316,000-square-foot complex in Bannockburn, is facing foreclosure suits. Wells Fargo Bank NA has filed complaints against affiliates of Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania-based Keystone Property Group Inc. to repay approximately $63 million in debt on the office complexes.
