NEW YORK CITY-Morton's The Steakhouse has leased 7,675 square feet of space in the lower level and 2,125 square feet of space on the ground floor at 140 Washington St. The company signed the 15-year lease with a five-year renewal option for the duplex space.
The building is located at 130 Cedar Street in the foot of the World Center Hotel. Morton's also has another location in New York, at 551 Fifth Ave. The company signed the new lease this spring. For the full story, go to New York Post .
