CINCINNATI-The Cincinnati Enquirer reported that Bank of America has purchased Kenwood Towne Place, an office and retail development in Sycamore Township, at a foreclosure sale for $27.5 million. The only other bidder in the deal was Phillips Edison.
The newspaper reported that the property was foreclosed after the builders defaulted on $81 million in construction loans. The $150-million development accommodates a Container Store, Crate & Barrel, Mitchell's Salon & Day Spa and L.A. Fitness. For the full story, go to Columbus Business First .
