FRANKLIN, TN-Calvin Lehew has sold The Factory at Franklin, a shopping, dining and entertainment complex in Franklin, for $24.2 million. Williamson County property records revealed that a Bowling Green, Kentucky-based group, called The Factory at Franklin LLC, was the buyer of the 12-building complex.
The Factory at Franklin, constructed in 1929, currently houses 83 tenants. Lehew bought the property for $1 million from the city of Franklin and redeveloped it 17 years ago. For the full story, go to Nashville Business Journal .
