BALTIMORE-A national homebuilder has purchased unimproved lots in two locations in Anne Arundel County for about $20 million. The two locations are approved for development.
D.R. Horton bought 130 lots in Canterbury Village near Jones Station Road in Arnold and 116 lots in Millstone Village between Loving Road and Reece Road in Severn from Koch Development.
