OVERLAND PARK, KS-A 352-unit apartment complex in Overland Park has been put up for sale. New York-based Rockwood Real Estate Advisors and NAI Capital Realty are marketing the complex, known as Essex Place.
The apartment community, situated near Antioch Road and 103rd Street, is 95% occupied. Fogelman Management Group is currently managing the complex.
