TAMPA, FL-The owners of the 521-room Hyatt Regency Hotel situated in downtown Tampa are putting up the property for sale. They are utilizing the Republican National Convention as an occasion for wide exposure.

The Tampa Tribune reported that the 18-story building, located at North Tampa and Jackson streets, comprises 30,000 square feet of ballroom and meeting space.
