LONDON-Orion Capital Managers has acquired the old Daily Mail HQ at 50 Victoria Embankment in London and named Quadrant Estates as its development partner. The company bought the 120,000-square-foot Carmelite building from Aberdeen Asset Management clients.

Orion and Quadrant have plans to start renovating the existing building in January 2013 and complete it by mid-2014. The estimated cost of the development is GBP 120 million.
