LONG BEACH, CA-San Diego-based Pathfinder Partners LLC has recently purchased two apartment complexes in Long Beach and Denver for a total amount of roughly $15 million. The firm partnered with Los Angeles-based RyaNik Holdings LLC to acquire Le Park Apartments, a 40-unit apartment complex in Long Beach, for $4.1 million from a regional bank.
Pathfinder and Bruckal Properties Inc. of Canada purchased Wellshire Arms Apartments, a 107-unit community in Denver, after Bruckal secured $10.9 million in acquisition financing from George Smith Partners. For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal .
