DALLAS-Birmingham, Alabama-based BBVA Compass is expanding its footprint by 17,218 square feet at 8080 NCX. The US banking franchise has extended and expanded its lease for a total of 71,156 square feet of office space at 8080 N. Central Expwy.
Rosemont Realty is the owner of the NCX office building. Jones Lang LaSalle's Rachel Brown, Kelley Kackley and Larry Toon represented the tenant, while Houston-based PM Realty Group's Nathan Durham and Kurt Cherry represented the owner in the lease transaction.
