
SAN DIEGO-The Irvine Co. has paid $52 million for Centerside I, a 13-story office building at 311 Camino Del Rio North in Mission Valley. The Newport Beach-based company purchased the 202,913-square-foot building from Newport Beach-based Teachers Insurance & Annuity Association of America.
The building, built in 1982, sits on 5.94 acres of land. It was earlier sold in 2004 for $65 million. Jones Lang LaSalle represented the seller, while Irvine Co. was represented in-house. For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal .
