AUSTIN, TX-The Lighthouse Group, based out of California, has purchased a 300-unit vintage property at 2005 Willow Creed Drive in Austin. The company will upgrade the garden-style apartment complex, called the Bluffs at Town Lake. This is the third apartment purchase for The Lighthouse Group in the Austin area.
Atlanta-based ARA brokered the deal on behalf of The Lighthouse Group. Post Investment Group, the seller, was represented by Andrew Shih of ARA. The multifamily property was 92% occupied at closing. For the full story, go to Austin Business Journal .
