CHICAGO-Sagence Group LLC is establishing its headquarters in Chicago's West Loop. The data analytics firm has leased an office space at 525 W. Monroe St. from New York-based Tishman Speyer Properties LP.
Sagence will occupy 9,500 square feet of space at the 25-story tower for three years. The company has plans to expand and extend its lease as it grows.
