NEW YORK CITY-After buying a Brooklyn site five years ago, Wydra Enterprise has put it on the market for sale. The company bought the 1.52-acre parcel at 886 Dahill Road in Borough Park in 2007 for $18.5 million.

Eventually, Wydra obtained approval for a 171-unit residential complex with a 228-stall parking garage on the site. Now, the company has put the plot on the market for $33 million.
