NEW YORK CITY-Yigal Azrouel is shifting his operation from the meatpacking district to Madison Avenue. The fashion designer recently leased 900 square feet of space at 1011 Madison Ave. from S&S Madison Associates.
The asking rent for the seven-year deal was $640 per square foot. Azrouel's new store will be opened for business this fall. Kelly Gedinsky and Lori Shabtai, brokers from Winick Realty Group, represented the tenant, while Shaun Moamem of Plaza Real Estate Group Inc. represented the landlord in the lease transaction.
