DENVER-Cushman & Wakefield of Colorado Inc. has closed the sale of 1660 Wynkoop St. in Denver's LoDo. Boston-based AEW Capital Management has paid $26.6 million to Foster City, California-based Legacy Partners for the 65,715-square-foot office building.
The purchase price equates to $405 per square foot. The 11-story building, completed in 1983, was 90% occupied at the time of sale. Mike Winn, Chad Flynn and Tim Richey of Cushman & Wakefield handled the sale on behalf of Legacy. For the full story, go to Denver Business Journal .
