PLANO, TX-A new Hilton Hotel will be built on a parcel on the Dallas North Tollway. Developer Granite Properties is planning to construct the nine-story hotel and conference center as part of its Granite Park, a 90-acre project at the southeast corner of State Highway 121 and the Dallas North Tollway in Plano.
Dallas-based Boka Powell LLC has designed the building. Granite is expecting to open the hotel in mid-2014. Hilton Hotels & Resorts will manage the hotel after completion. For the full story, go to Dallas Morning News .
