CHANDLER, AZ-QBE First, the Atlanta-based unit of QBE Insurance Limited, is planning to relocate its Chandler call center from its current location on Ellis Road to a bigger building on W. Frye Road. The insurance firm is leasing the 183,000-square-foot building at 2700 W. Frye Road from Los Angeles-based Regent Properties for 11 years.
