NEW YORK CITY-Sitt Asset Management has agreed to pay $32.5 million for 113 Spring St. in SoHo. The 18,550-square-foot building is situated between Mercer and Greene streets.

Frye Boot, the current retail tenant, leased 12,000 square feet during the market doldrums. Richard Baxter of Jones Lang LaSalle is marketing the building. The Sitts recently purchased 450 Broadway for $11 million and they are in contract to purchase a retail property at 208 Fifth Ave. For the full story, go to New York Post .
