BALTIMORE-Washington, DC-based McWilliams Ballard reported that 42 units in the Pier Homes at HarborView in South Baltimore have been sold out. The firm said that the units fetched $42 million.
The townhomes, situated along Key Highway, were put on sale two years ago, but the sales process did not proceed ahead due to high prices. All units were sold out at auction after reducing purchase prices by nearly $500,000. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
