TUSTIN, CA-The Tustin City Council has selected Standard Pacific Homes, an Irvine homebuilder, to construct 231 to 238 homes at Tustin Legacy, a planned community project on the old Marine Corps air base in Tustin. The 51-acre parcel is situated near Jamboree Road on the north side of Warner Avenue.
St. Anton Partners and The Irvine Co. have already been chosen to construct apartments. Most of the homes, to be built by Standard Pacific, will be detached houses, single-family and carriage house style homes. For the full story, go to Orange County Register .
