DENVER-A student apartment complex, called The Villas at Regency, is under construction in Denver. The five-building student housing community is being built on the north side of the Regency Student Housing Community at 3900 Elati St.
The Villas will provide an additional 120 units with 360 beds, increasing the capacity of the community to 960 beds. It is intended to serve students of Community College of Denver, Metropolitan State University of Denver and University of Colorado Denver in the Auraria campus.
