EDINBURGH, UK-GDF Suez E&P UK Ltd. has pre-leased a new headquarters building in Aberdeen. The oil and gas production company has leased the 40,000-square-foot Grade A office building from Miller Cromdale, a joint venture between Miller Developments and Cromdale Ltd.
The five-story building will accommodate up to 200 workers and will consolidate GDF Suez's three sites in Aberdeen. GDF Suez has pre-leased its new headquarters building for 15 years. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
