DALLAS-HollyFrontier Corp. has expanded its corporate footprint by 14,203 square feet within the Harwood District. With the new lease, the Dallas-based company has increased its office space to 60,045 square feet at 2828 Harwood St.
Details of the deal were not disclosed. Mike Wyatt and Bill McClung from Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. brokered the deal for the tenant, while Peter Sleiman and Jihane Boury from Harwood International negotiated on behalf of the landlord. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
