DALLAS-Transwestern has brokered two industrial lease deals totaling 52,781 square feet in Coppell and Dallas. UPS Supply Chain Solutions Inc. has leased an industrial space measuring 42,750 square feet at 112 Wrangler Drive in Coppell and Ivy Press Inc. has expanded its industrial space to 10,031 square feet at 1162 Quaker in Dallas.
