
BRADENTON, FL-An Ohio-based real estate investment trust has picked up a Lakewood Ranch assisted-living center for $30 million. The Sarasota Herald-Tribune reported that Health Care REIT purchased the Windsor at Lakewood Ranch from Stephen "Pete" Russell and Timothy Buchanan.
