MILWAUKEE-Kohl's Corp. has paid $2.35 million to buy a new customer service building at W128N8600 Old Orchard Road from Cardinal Components Inc. It acquired the 28,680-square-foot building on the same day when it announced its new corporate headquarters project in Menomonee Falls.
The Menomonee Falls project received approval on July 20. The new facility will become operational in early fall and it will accommodate 15 employees.
