MILWAUKEE-A Milwaukee County Board committee has permitted Chris Abele to negotiate with Rick Barrett market the Downtown Transit Center for the proposed Couture project in Milwaukee. The transit center is located at 909 E. Michigan Ave.
Abele's office reviewed four proposals for the site and requested permission from the County Board to contract with Rick Barrett, one of the developers competing to purchase the site.
