DALLAS-An industry expert said that the conversion of an old office property in downtown Dallas into a 130-room Homewood Suites by Hilton is part of a major trend happening all through the country. The hotel development is located at 1025 Elm St. in the central business district of Dallas.
Hank Wolpert from the Dallas office of Colliers International said that the project is expected to be completed by next spring and the hotel will be the first Hilton-branded hotel inside the city's inner loop. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
