
WINSTON-SALEM, NC-The Housing Authority of Winston-Salem has selected Colmar Contracting, a general contractor based in Greensboro, to build the $4.5-million Oaks at Tenth complex. The 50-unit apartment complex is part of the Cleveland Avenue area redevelopment project.
The Cleveland Avenue initiative will transform 130 acres of land in the next 15 to 20 years with residential, retail and commercial developments. The Oaks at Tenth complex will comprise one-, two- and three-bedroom units. The project is scheduled to be finished by August 2013.
