BERLIN-CA Immo has agreed to sell more parcels of land in Berlin for roughly EUR 24 million. The Groth Group, based in Berlin, is buying a second piece of land in Berlin and an investor has offered to take a land in the Europacity district of Berlin.
The second parcel of land comprises plots totaling just below 947,224 square feet and includes a plot of land in the Europacity division. Michael Haentjes bought another plot measuring 30,138 square feet in the Europacity quarter. For the full story, go to Europe Real Estate .
