LEAWOOD, KS-The owners of Hallbrook Office Center in Leawood are planning to construct a six-story office building after securing a user for nearly half of its space. Construction will begin on Three Hallbrook Place, a 165,000-square-foot building, once a tenant signs lease for nearly 75,000 square feet.
