CHICAGO-Brixmor Property Group Inc. has bought a retail building measuring 5,916 square feet in Arlington Heights for approximately $2.2 million. The New York-based company purchased the building from Oak Brook-based Vequity Inc.
The retail building is fully leased to Caribou Coffee, Jersey Mike's Subs and Smashburger. It is situated opposite the Annex of Arlington retail center at 1-115 W. Rand Road.
