
DELRAY BEACH, FL-Carl DeSantis' private equity firm, CDS International Holdings, has teamed up with the Edwards Companies to build the $200-million Atlantic Plaza II in Delray Beach. The development will include residential units, Class A office space, retail shops and restaurants.
The first phase of the redevelopment will stretch between Northeast Sixth Avenue and Northeast Seventh Avenue and will include upscale rental residences, retail, restaurants and office space.
