SCOTTSDALE, AZ-The Pederson Group Inc. has sold its Bashas'-anchored retail shopping center in Scottsdale for $36.9 million to Scottsdale Grayhawk Center LLC. The 147,084-square-foot Grayhawk Plaza is situated at the southeast corner of Grayhawk Drive and Scottsdale Road.

Bob Parsons, founder of Scottsdale-based Go Daddy, controls the Scottsdale Grayhawk entity. Phoenix-based Pederson bought the Grayhawk property for $8 million in 200o and erected the retail center in 2001. CBRE Inc. represented the seller in the deal.
