PHILADELPHIA-Brandywine Realty Trust has sold its Philadelphia-area properties encompassing 466,719 square feet for $52.7 million. Hayden Real Estate Investments bought the 11 office-flex properties in Exton from Brandywine Realty Trust.
The properties include 111 Arrandale Blvd., 467 Creamery Way, 457 Creamery Way, 456 Creamery Way, 440 Creamery Way, 436 Creamery Way, 429 Creamery Way, 412 Creamery Way, 481 John Young Way, 486 Thomas Jones Way and 468 Thomas Jones Way.
