LONDON-British Land has signed a corporate agreement to acquire Clarges House at 6/12 Clarges Street as well as 82/84 Piccadilly in Mayfair for GBP 129.6 million. The deal is expected to be closed in November.
Both buildings comprise more than 119,000 square feet of office and retail space. British Land has plans to redevelop the entire site in order to create a mixed-use scheme providing 63,000 square feet of residential units, 91,000 square feet of offices and 7,900 square feet of retail.
