CINCINNATI-Cincinnati's City Planning Commission has approved a rezoning and a concept plan application for part of the Xavier University project at the corner of Dana Avenue and Montgomery Road. The rezoning of 1764 and 1728 Dana Ave. will provide nearly 150,000 square feet of flex office space.
Phases one and two will include rental housing units, a recreation center, office space, bookstore, retail and a hotel. The project developer is The Ackermann Group and the general contractor is Messer Construction Co. For the full story, go to Business Courier Serving Greater Cincinnati .
