SAN DIEGO-Holman Family Trust has bought the Art Union Building in the Golden Hill area of San Diego for $1.96 million. The company purchased the 17,297-square-foot building at 2323 Broadway with plans to house its San Diego Reader business.
Cynthia Weiber and Harmon Nelson were the sellers. The two-story building was renovated in 1993. In the deal, the buyer was represented by Walsh Property Group and the sellers were represented by Colliers International. For the full story, go to San Diego Business Journal .
