CHICAGO-A unit of UBS AG has acquired the new headquarters and distribution facility of Edward Don & Co. UBS Asset Management has paid $27.1 million for the build-to-suit facility comprising 362,500 square feet of space in southwest suburban Woodridge.
The 100-acre site, the Union Pointe business park, is situated near the junction of interstates 355 and 55. The facility was sold by a joint venture of Gallagher & Henry and McShane Development Co. Edward Don has leased the facility for 20 years. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
