MCLEAN, VA-Construction is underway on Downtown One Loudoun in Loudoun County, Virginia. The mixed-use development, coming up inside a 358-acre master-planned community, will feature approximately 210,000 square feet of restaurant, retail and office space.
The development will be completed next spring. The larger One Loudoun project is a joint venture of North America Sekisui House LLC and Miller & Smith.
