CINCINNATI-Marshalls, a department store chain owned by TJX Cos. Inc., will ink a 27,000-square-foot lease in the former Dillard's store space at Northgate Mall. This new store is the chain's third in the region and will be opened in 2013. Chris Hodge and Mary Bresnahan of CBRE Inc. are handling leasing activities for the 1.1-million-square-foot Northgate Mall. Tabani Group bought the mall for $21.5 million in March 2012.
