CHICAGO-McHugh Homes Inc. is planning to build a four-story hotel in the Andersonville neighborhood of Chicago. The Chicago-based firm will spend approximately $4 million for the project. The 15-unit hotel at 4872 N. Clark St. will come up on the north side of Andersonville GuestHouse, a 10-unit building at 4866 N. Clark St.
In 2009, McHugh converted the North Clark Street property into a vacation rental building. The firm will seek permission from the city to operate both buildings as a 25-unit hotel. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
