LEIPZIG, GERMANY-Salans, an international law firm, has arranged approximately EUR 190 million in refinancing for the Nova Eventis Shopping Center in Leipzig. Salans Frankfurt's finance team, headed by Tobias von Gostomski and Bernhard Gemmel, advised the lenders headed by Natixis Zweigniederlassung Deutschland and includes Deutsche Postbank, Bawag P.S.K. and ING Bank.
