HAYS, KS-The developer is putting the finishing touches to the new residence hall located at Fort Hays State University. The two-story, 123-bed Tiger Place contains four-person suites.

The Hays Daily News reported that Hays-based Paul-Wertenberger Construction is the developer of the new facility. The developer has also planned for a second building next door.
