ORLANDO-An asset-management company based in Orlando has bought a building near downtown Orlando to house its corporate headquarters. The Orlando Sentinel reported that O,R&L Facility Services, along with Owens Realty Services, acquired the 24,000-square-foot building situated along Interstate 4 for $1.82 million.

An O,R&L affiliate purchased the three-story building from AndyLand Development LLC. The company will house its new Florida headquarters on approximately 7,600 square feet of space in the building and will lease the remaining space. For the full story, go to Orlando Business Journal .
