
BREA, CA-A partnership headed by The Koll Co. has acquired Saturn Business Park, a 121,143-square-foot property in Brea. The Newport Beach-based company paid $10.8 million for the property located at 2929 East Imperial Highway.
Santa Ana-based Triple Net Properties LLC bought the property in 2005 for $22 million. Saturn Business Park, constructed in 1985, is currently 60% occupied. Trigild Inc., a receiver, sold the park through Jones Lang LaSalle. EverTrust Bank, based in City of Industry, provided $9.4 million for the transaction.
