LAKE FOREST, CA-A state pension fund has picked up an office building in Lake Forest. Teachers Retirement System of Illinois purchased 26200 Enterprise Way, a two-story office property in Lake Forest, for $28 million through Cornerstone Real Estate Advisers.
Piedmont Office Realty Trust was the seller. The 144,906 square-foot building is fully leased to Panasonic Avionics Corp. Piedmont had owned the building since its opening in 2000. For the full story, go to Orange County Register .
