MEMPHIS-Teleflex Inc. has confirmed plans that it will be moving a distribution operation to DeSoto County. The medical devices company based in Limerick, Pennsylvania, will occupy 627,000 square feet of space at 11244 Distribution Cove, a 998,884-square-foot warehouse in Olive Branch.
The company has plans to employ 225 workers within four years in the Olive Branch facility. Patrick Burke of CB Richard Ellis Memphis represented the tenant and Brad Kornegay from the Memphis office of Colliers International represented the property in the lease transaction.
